Deliveries
- For deliveries in Northern Ireland we cover all areas of the province 2-3 days a week. Where possible you will be given a choice of delivery day. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
- Delivery will depend on availability of goods at time of order. There are occasions where demand outstrips supply, should we be unable to comply with the arranged delivery dates we will advise you within the first 7 days of placing your order, with the option to cancel or select an alternative product.
- There may be occasion where the product sent varies from the image shown. Occasionally due to shortages of raw material we have to source products from alternative manufacturers. If this happens we will always offer you a product of equivalent quality.
- For deliveries in Northern Ireland we use our own transport fleet.
- For deliveries further a field we will normally use an outside carrier. Price and delivery times will vary from area to area. Please contact our sales office for a quotation.
- BACK ORDERS - if part of your order is out of stock, holding up delivery then we will normally dispatch the majority of your order and forward the balance as soon as available. You will be informed of part orders before dispatch.
