Delivery
How does it work?
Doorways offers home delivery on both large and small items. Our extensive fleet covers any large or bulk items, with a third party courier service taking care of smaller items.
Delivery Process:
- Simply add your required items to the basket and proceed to checkout. Once there you can select the delivery option.
- Our website will automatically tally up your delivery charge based on the items in your basket.
- Once payment has been completed you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
- If your order consists of only smaller items that are being delivered via courier, you will then receive an email with a link to the couriers website and a tracking number.
- If your order is for larger goods you will be contacted by the delivering branch to organise a delivery date and time.
- We offer kerbside delivery on a curtain sided lorry, please have someone available to help the driver remove the doors.
*Please note that only 1 delivery will be made regardless of the size of the items on your order.

Northern Ireland Delivery
All items on our website can be ordered for delivery to any postcode within Northern Ireland.
Our standard lead time for this is approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of order. This lead time is subject to stock availability.
Mainland UK Delivery
Mainland UK delivery is only currently available for Parcel or Long Length deliveries via a third party courier.
The standard lead time for all courier deliveries to mainland UK is approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of order.
