How do returns work?
Full Refund Process:
If you no longer require your order please contact our customer serivce team on 0808 281 3355. If:
- Your order has been delivered we will arrange collection and your refund will be processed, minus a delivery charge once we receive the goods back into store.
- Your order has yet to be delivered or collected, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you have already collected your order, please call back in to the store you collected from with the goods to be returned, the original docket and card used to pay for the online order. A refund will be processed in store back onto your card.
*Refunds will take approx. 2-3 working days befroe they appear in your account.
Part Refund Process:
If you no longer require part of your delivered order please contact our customer service team on 0808 281 3355.

Damages:
If you discover any of the goods you ordered are damaged please call our customer service team on 0808 281 3355. Please note that:
- Damaged items must be reported to us within forty-eight hours of receipt of delivery.
- Collected items are considered to be fit for purpose when the transaction is completed in store.
Returns Policy:
- Any items returned must be in original packaging and in a sellable condition
- Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout once delivery address has been confirmed
- Delivery lead times are an estimate only
- Delivery drivers will always prioritise safety over convenience when offloading materials
- All goods may be returned within 3 months with a proof of purchase provided
- Chargeable pallets may be returned for a full refund
- All online pricing is specific to Northern Ireland only.
