The Union 5 Lever BS Mortice Deadlock is a high-security lock designed for external timber doors, suitable for both left and right hinges. The deadlock boasts a 20mm deadbolt for secure positive deadlocking. It includes anti-pick, anti-saw, and anti-drill security features, with a chamfered bolt design that improves performance under side load testing and makes drilling attacks more difficult.
The lock is supplied with three steel nickel-plated keys and a covered escutcheon to match the forend. With a case size of 79.5mm x 71.5mm and a backset of 57.5mm, this lock is ideal for doors up to 54mm thick.
